Indian Cinnamon Tea

Indian Cinnamon Tea ~ Dalchina Chekka Teneeru

Ingredients :


Cinnamon stick : 1 inch piece
Tea Powder : 2 tsp
Water : 2 cups
Milk : 1/2 cup
Sugar to taste

Method :

Bring one cup of water to boil, then add the tea powder, cinnamon stick, milk and sugar. Let it boil on a low flame for 5 minutes and switch off the flame. Strain the tea into cups and serve.
