Aratikaya Senagapindi Vepudu ~ Plantain with Besan
Ingredients :Plantain : 1Besan (Gram Flour) : 2 tspRed Chilli Powder : 1/2 to 1 tspTurmeric powder : 1/4 tspOil : 2 tbspSalt to tasteMethod :Wash, peel and chop the plantain into small pieces. Heat two table spoons of oil in a pan and add the plantain pieces, salt and turmeric powder and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook for few minutes. Open the lid and let them fry until crisp and golden color. Now add the besan and red chilli powder to it and fry for two minutes. Serve hot with steamed rice and dollop of ghee.
