Ingredients :
Coriander seeds : 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds : 1 tbsp
Dry Mango Powder : 1 tbsp
Dry red chillies : 2
Fennel seeds : 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper : 5
Cloves : 2 or 3
Cardamom pod : 1
Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon stick : 1" piece
A pinch of hing
Method :
Heat a wide pan and dry roast the coriander, cumin, fennel, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, cloves and red chillies to brown color. When color changes and nice aroma appears, remove from the heat and allow it to cool. Grind the roasted spices into a fine powder along with turmeric, dry mango powder and hing. Remove from the blender and store in a jar.
