Besan (bengal gram powder) - 1 cup
Ghee - 1/2cup
Powdered sugar - 2 cups
Warm milk
Method:
1. Mix besan and ghee in a heavy bottomed pan and place on flame. roast evenly on low flame.
2. when color changes and a nice aroma appears add sugar powder.
3. mix well on fire for another minute.
4. remove from heat.
5. Sprinkle warm milk little-by little and make laddus with those portions only.
6. Yummy laddoos ready.
