Verusenagapappu Chimmili ~ Peanut Laddu (2)

Verusenaga pappu Chimili ~ Groundnut Ladoo

Ingredients :


Groundnuts : 1 cup
Grated Jaggery : 1/2 cup


Method :


Dry roast the groundnuts into dark brown color. Allow them to cool and remove the husk. Grind the groundnuts in the blender into a powder. Now add the grated jaggery to it and grind it again. Shape into a small round balls.
