Keeradosa Avakaya ~ Keera / Cucumber Pickle
Ingredients :Baby cucumbers/ keera : 2Salt : 3 tspRed chilli powder : 4 tspMustard powder : 4 tspFenugreek powder ( optional ) : 1 tspPeanut oil : 4 table spoonsOne full lime juice
Method :Wash the cucumbers and dry them with a cloth. Remove the seeds and cut into small pieces..Add all of remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly with a dry spoon. Take them in a porcelain jar and set aside for 24 hours.. Serve with steamed rice and a dollop of ghee.
