Ingredients :
Roasted Bengal Gram : 1 cup
Dry Coconut Powder : 1/2 cup
Ghee : 3/4 cup
Sugar : 3/4 to 1 cup
Cardamom Pods : 2
Chopped Cashews : 1 tbsp
Method :
Heat one teaspoon of ghee in a pan and roast the cashews until light golden color and set aside Grind the roasted gram, sugar and cardamom seeds into a fine powder using a spice blender. Add the coconut powder, chopped cashews and melted ghee to it and mix well. Divide into equal portions and shape them into round balls.
