i'm not sure if you're ready for this...katie, my girlfriend from nursing school recently invented her own personal desserts and posted the recipe on her blog and of course i had to try them. the recipe makes 2 personal chocolate chip cookies baked in ramekins! i loved the idea and i jump at any chance i get to use my beloved ramekins. the cookies topped with ice cream are delicious. katie, you rule. i think the two of us secretly wish we didn't have nursing school so we could cook, bake and eat all day! haha! go to her fabulous blog, get the recipe and try them out for yourself. i think i'll make them tonight to celebrate the end of finals!
