Kalchina Mokkajonna Potthulu ~ Fire Roasted Corn

Kalchina Mokka jonna Kankulu ~ Fire Roasted Corn ~ Muskin Jola

Ingredients :


Corn cobs : 2
Lemon juice : 2 tsp
Salt : 1tsp



Method :


Remove the husks from corn and place them direct flame of gas stove. Roast the corn on medium flame. When the roasting is done, remove from the flame and sprinkle some salt and lemon juice. Serve warm with a cup of Tea.
