Hawaiian Chicken Salad

Salad is always present in all ocassions especially on birthdays, wedding and Christmas party celebration. Everybody loves to eat the delicious treat that makes the celebration meals complete.

Ladies and the young children prefer to eat the delicacy first before the main dish is served in the table.

The Hawaiian Chicken Salad is easy to prepare with the complete ingredients available.

2 medium red apples, cut into chunks
1 can (439 g.) Del Monte Pineapple Chunks drained (reserve syrup)
1/4 kl. chicken breast, cooked and cut into cubes
4 stalks celery, diced
2 tbsp. Del Monte Raisins
3/4 cup mayonnaise

It makes 6 servings
