meatball sandwiches

These are the meatball sandwiches I made tonight, based on an inspiration from watching Food network (they were making strombolis). These were delicious. The meat was seasoned with italian spices (fennel, pre-blend italian spice, onion powder, salt and peppercorns) all ground up in a spice grinder. I used both turkey and beef for this.
