three cheers for the red, white and blue.

Independence Day. Most definitely one of my fav holidays. This was the first year in a long time I didn't get my butt out of bed at the crack of dawn to go dance/watch my sister dance in the parade and I loved it. I went with Isaac to his family's cabin up Fairview Canyon and it was a blast. Here are the pics to prove it.

Isn't this waterfall magic!

Gotcha.
Haha he did this on purpose last time and this one is my bad---I really didn't do it on purpose. But I like the zoomage.

Gotcha again. He really was talking to his brother and I just kept the pics a'snappin.

One of my favs.

4 wheelin fun. He's crazy on that thing but did a very good job at easing me into his crazed ways.

Look how pretty!! There were wildflowers everywhere and it was all so green.
Love.
Don't mind my hair flying everywhere...

Of course the night ended with a bang. I LOVE fireworks. Love them. We watched them over a lake in this tiny little town. I felt so country-ish. Haha it was a fab weekend.

hi tim. (we're on a first name basis)

Tim McGraw.
Quite possibly one of my favorite men alive. My mom and I were such lucky women last Friday night and let me tell you why. It just so happens that my uncle's company owns a suite at Usana (how I never knew this is beyond me) and my aunt wasn't using her tickets and so she passed them along to my mom. And my sweet sweet mother asked ME to go with her. We got VIP parking, a bbq feast, drinks in the suite and such fab seats. We felt like celebs.

And listen to how the luck continues. I was sitting enjoying myself in the suite when this man came right up next to me in the next suite and says...
Man: "I have a strange request of you."
Me: "Yeah???" (sooo creeped)
Man: "How much would it take to get you to sell your hat to me?"
Me turning to my mom: "He wants to buy my hat." (still creeped)
Mom: "How much?"
Man: "A hundred bucks." (shrugging like its no big D)
Mom: "I'd sell it for a hundred bucks!"
Me: "SOLD!"
Man pulls out a wad of hundies and takes one off the top and hands it to me in exchange for my ratty hat and disappears into the crowd forever. I have had that hat since high school. Take a look at the pics above and notice the holes.
ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.
Can you believe that? Huh huh huh?

Me with my hundie. I'ma going shopping!
Now lets get to the best part of the night: Tim.

Right after Tim came out. OMG it was so magical. I was fr-eaking out. I LOVE HIM.

Love her.

Let me tell you it was a night to remember. VIP, a hundie bucks and Tim freaking McGraw.
